Exchange & Repair Policy
All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans, so slight irregularities may occur, adding to their unique beauty.
No Returns or Refunds: Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns or refunds. We only offer exchanges or credit notes under special circumstances, redeemable only on Agaamya’s website.
When We Accept Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only if:
– The product delivered is incorrect.
– The product is damaged upon receipt.
If this applies to you, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the product. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Important Notes
– Items sent back without prior notice will not be accepted.
– Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchange orders or credit notes.
– Credit notes cannot be used on sale items.
– No returns for products bought from third-party websites or physical stores.
Missing items or wrong orders:
Must be reported immediately upon delivery to our Customer Support Team at +91-987654321. Reports made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
Exchange Policy – India
– We only offer exchanges, not refunds, if you don’t like the product. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
– Customized orders and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
– A product can only be exchanged once per order.
– Customers must pay ₹500 for pickup and re-shipping charges (PAN India).
Exchange Policy – International
– Refunds are only applicable for lost shipments.
– International orders are not eligible for exchange.
– Exchange is accepted only if the order is damaged in transit or the wrong product is received. Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
Repair Policy – India
If a jewelry piece is accidentally damaged, Agaamya will repair it:
– Free repairs within 1 month of delivery.
– For repairs requested after 1 month (up to 6 months), a ₹500 fee applies (inclusive of repair and shipping charges).
Repairs depend on the design. Our support team will confirm if the damage is repairable.
Steps for Exchange & Repair
1. Inform us within 7 days of delivery for exchanges or 30 days for repairs by emailing [email protected] with your order number and product picture.
2. Be patient as our working hours are 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday-Saturday). We will respond as soon as possible.
3. Once we confirm the issue, we will email you approval for the exchange or repair.
4. Pack the product in its original packaging and send it to our billing address.
5. Customers are responsible for shipping, reverse pickup, and re-shipping charges.
6. We will re-ship the repaired or exchanged item only after inspecting the original product.
7. The product must be unused and untampered to be eligible for exchange. Used products sent for exchange will be returned, and the exchange will not be processed.
8. Shipping the exchanged product may take longer than usual.
9. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
No Refund or Exchange
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
– Pre-orders and customized orders (full payment required at order confirmation).
– Used products.
– Minor color and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products.
– Incorrect or outdated addresses.
– After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agents.
– Shipping charges (non-refundable).
In case of an approved refund, only the product value will be refunded. Customs duties and shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Delays due to natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances are not our responsibility.
